At the time of scheduling, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit.

• Deposits are payable VIA Venmo to @studiolumos, or cash.

  • You can find our account in Venmo, by searching for @studiolumos under the Business tab.

• Your deposit is due within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment.

• All deposits are non-refundable. If you would like to move your appointment to a different date, the deposit will be moved with your appointment, as long as the reschedule does not occur within 48 hours of your appointment time.

  • If you reschedule your appointment on the day of the appointment more than twice, we will require a 50% deposit for any future appointments.

• If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled tattoo time, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be asked to submit a new deposit.

• If you choose to cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Deposits are not transferable between artists, or between clients. If you decide to switch artists, you will have to put down a new deposit with your new artist.
