Samantha Lewis

The owner of Studio Lumos, Samantha is a Pacific Northwest native, a mother of two wild spirited children, and a witch of the flower fields.

For the last 10 plus years Samantha has been immersing herself in all varieties of art classes in the Willamette Valley, and continuing education in the tattoo industry.
Samantha specializes in Ritual Tattooing, Ceremonial large custom floral designs that flow with the shape of each individual’s body, fine-line vintage illustrative, wildlife, blackwork and ornamental, fine line, and bold line designs.

When Samantha isn’t in the studio, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as creating in all art mediums including watercolor and oil painting, pottery, and wood burning. She also loves traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, soaking up the sun and offering psychic intuitive development sessions.
Samantha’s passions include ceremony, witchcraft, reiki, tarot reading, divination, botany, light work and shadow work.

David Doty

A keystone member of our Lumos team, David has been an Oregon resident for over 10 years now, he brings his life-long love of art to every piece he creates in the studio.
Getting a tattoo by David is a unique experience. David’s energy fills the room with light and leaves you relaxed and feeling heard through the whole process.
David has carved out his style specializing in geometric bold designs, Custom wavy geometric work, and enjoys bold full color pieces as well.
When not in the studio, he is creating music, indulging in the Pacific Northwest tap houses, and exploring Oregon.

Brooklyn Tummond

Brooklyn is in her third year with us here at Studio Lumos. She tattoos with a magical presence indicative of her fairy soul, and brings a bright, kind energy to our team! After apprenticing directly under Samantha for 2 years, Brooklyn has honed her flowing whimsical style, and offers gorgeous illustrative black and grey work with an emphasis on animal guides, plants and florals. David Narvaez

David N is a treasured member of our team! He offers a soft and kind presence with a veteran technique perfected over 8 years in the tattoo industry. David Honors the creation of a safe space to adorn any and all temples with beautiful artwork. He specializes in a gorgeous soft black and grey realism style with an emphasis on Spiritual subject matter, religious iconography, animal guides, and flora. But that’s not all! He is also a master of the fine line style, ready to give you the perfect piece that will keep you smiling for years to come! When David isn’t creating beautiful art, you can find him around town touring the local restaurants and pubs with David Doty, or helping his Soccer team to victory in some of the local Corvallis leagues!

Ashleigh Carmona

Ashleigh is one of the newest members of our team here at Studio Lumos. She is just finishing her first year with us, and is fast becoming a shining example of everything that is right with today’s tattoo industry! Ashleigh’s dark faye inspirations have helped her craft a unique arcane style that is as beautiful as it is haunting. She loves creating custom designs inspired by the witchy and enchanted. You will find yourself spellbound by her dark flora and fauna, bold black work, and cyber-cigil designs. But don’t be shy, Ashleigh loves doing color work as well! Whatever your idea, Ashleigh is up to the challenge, and eager to adorn you with her magical flare! Ashleigh has a sweet, captivating nature, and her tattoo room is always brimming with laughter and goodhearted conversation. Daniel Stowers

As a core member of our Studio Lumos team, Daniel brings a bright and vibrant energy to our shop, and will keep you smiling and laughing all the way through your appointment. On the artistic side, Daniel is an exceptionally multifaceted artist, who finds immense joy in bringing your ideas to life! Color? Black and Grey? Fine Line? Neotraditional? American Traditional? Any style you might desire, Daniel is your man! But that’s not all he brings to the table. Daniel is also an incredible Coverup and Rework artist, so if you have an old tattoo that you are ready to fall back in love with, Daniel is always up to the challenge of revamping it, or covering it up with a new design that will make your body feel like home again!

Slavena Pashovska

Slavena joined our Studio Lumos team right out of tattoo school. She began her creative career as a wood burning artist, working diligently to craft her own personal style, perfectly tailored to capturing Mother Nature in all her scenic beauty. Slavena now brings that unique organic perspective to the tattoo world, focusing on all manor of flora, fauna, and fungi! Her smooth shading pairs beautifully with her close attention to illustrative detail, marrying seamlessly to bring the natural world to life on your skin. She glows with a warmhearted nature that never fails to put those around her at ease, and creates a soft and safe space for her clients to open up and, and truly enjoy every moment of their tattoo experience. In her down time, Slavena can be found exploring the beautiful forests of the Pacific Northwest, seeking adventure and inspiration in the natural wonders of our magical part of the world!

Rocco Malo-Resta

Rocco is our Operations Manager, helping us with everything from accounting, to tech support, and customer relations. He is a former Computer Engineer at Oregon State University. Rocco grew up here in Corvallis, and is enjoying the challenge of running a small business. In his spare time, Rocco likes to spend his time reading, playing piano, and guitar, and spending time with his family, and pets.
