What to know before your appointment

Deposits are required within 24 hours after your consult, in order to confirm your appointment in our system.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between artists, or clients.

  • Stay hydrated, eat well, get lots of rest the week leading up to, and the days following your tattoo!

  • On the day of your tattoo make sure you eat breakfast/lunch, and feel free to pack some snacks if it's going to be a long session.

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications, such as Ibuprofen, on the day of your tattoo, or we will not be able to tattoo you.

  • Avoid coming in hungover - it will hurt more during the process and won't heal as well afterward.

  • You do not need to arrive early, but please be on time! Often our artists are working on more than one client per day, and if you are late, it may shift their entire schedule.

  • You must have a valid photo ID with you to get tattooed, please arrive prepared and ready for us to take a copy of your government issued ID. We cannot tattoo you if your ID is expired.

  • If you are on antibiotics we will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you are under the influence of any intoxicants, including alcohol, or medical marijuana, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have a sunburn we can not tattoo over the top of the burn, and will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have any abrasions or bruising in the area that you are hoping to get tattooed we will not be able to go over or near the injured area.

  • As of January 1st, 2021 we are only accepting cash as a form of payment, so please plan accordingly.

  • Make sure to arrive wearing appropriate clothes to be tattooed in. Example: Avoid wearing a jumper, if you are getting an upper thigh tattoo, as this may make it very difficult to tattoo the area, without removing the entire garment.

  • Any additional guests will need to be approved by us beforehand, and will have to wait in our lobby during your procedure. Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring someone, and we will do our best to accommodate your guest, if possible. We have a small lobby, and on busy days, we may not have enough extra space for an additional guest.
